Consultation meeting for Importing your pet or Exporting with guidance and suggestions for documentation.
Taking your pet to the CI Dept. of Agriculture for the initial Rabies Vaccination (CI$25) and Microchip Implantation (CI$50) appointment. Includes appointment set up, pick up, certificates and drop off.
Taking your pet to the CI Dept. of Agriculture for their Rabies Vaccination (CI$25) Includes appointment set up, pick up, certificate and drop off. CI$30 for each additional pet.
Making the appointment for the rabies titration antibody test, and taking your pet to their private veterinarian for the procedure. Does not include veterinary fees.
Taking pet to the private vet for their international health certificate within 5-14 days before (varies by country of animal export) leaving the Cayman Islands. Export Permit from the CI Department of Agriculture to follow.
Payment and collection of signed documents at the CI Department of Agriculture. Permit/Endorsement fee included. Pet does not need to be present for this appointment.
Booking pet as cargo or AVI through airlines after they have met all export requirements. Pet and crate are to be weighed, measured and have supporting documents examined by cargo handler. Pet collection is an option.
Broker transfer arrangements for any pet in transit. This may include air/ ground transport arranging due to time of year, restrictions etc.
Once your pet qualifies, I will apply for the pet passport on your behalf. This includes the Pet Passport fee (CI$150).
Maintenance of travel documents for pets and reminders sent for Rabies Vaccination and FAVN testing.
Consultation (per hour) on Importation Requirements, assistance with all documentation, applying for the Import Permit and making sure your pet can enter the Cayman Islands once an import permit has been granted.
After the Import Permit has been issued, let me clear your pet through cargo and Customs for you. Pet is to be collected at the airport.
After clearing pet(s), drop off to any address in Grand Cayman. Currently only offered for pets in small crates.

Additional services
Taking your pet to the vet may be stressful or may conflict with your work schedule. This includes making the appointment if needed, coordinated collection and drop off of your pet.
Pets may have vaccine reactions and need someone to take them back to the vet. Your furbaby may also need a companion/sitter after minor medical procedures. Note: this does not include the cost of the pick up not the vet's fees.
I can take your pet to most destinations for you. Moving countries can be stressful and traveling with your pet may be too much to handle at the time. Medical pet travel may also be necessary during busy times in your life. Let me travel with your pet for you. All flights, accommodations (if needed) and per diems are to be paid for by the client.
Checking on your pets while you are away from home. Can include feeding/water checks, medication administration and walking for single or small dogs only. We will also change cat litter and make sure there are no messes. Rubs, love and conversations are mandatory!
